Diaverum inaugurates a new clinic in Barcelona, Spain
Barcelona, 31 January 2012 – Diaverum, one of the world´s largest independent renal care providers, has inaugurated a new clinic — ‘Centro de Diálisis del Maresme’ — in Pineda de Mar, Barcelona. The new facilities are located in Marconi Street, and will have 25 dialysis stations.
Diaverum cares for 20,000 patients
Munich/Lund, 24 January, 2012 – Diaverum, one of the world’s largest independent renal care providers, has, through the acquisition of a clinic in Germany, passed the 20,000 patients milestone. The acquisition in Remscheid means that the company now treats dialysis patients at 15 locations in Germany. In addition, Diaverum has also just opened up new clinics in Chile and in Poland.
Diaverum acquires Clinica Dialmed with nine clinics in Romania
Bucharest / Munich, 5 December 2011 – Diaverum, one of the world´s largest independent renal care providers, today announced the acquisition of Clinica Dialmed, a member of the Polisano Group, which provides dialysis services in Romania. The nine clinics with more than 850 patients now form part of the global Diaverum renal care network across Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Australia.
