Diaverum expands its presence in Brazil by acquiring a new clinic in Taboão da Serra, São Paulo
São Paulo, October 31, 2019 - Diaverum expands its services in Brazil through the acquisition of INEDI – Instituto de Nefrologia e Diálise Ltda. With this addition, Diaverum now operates eight treatment centres, treating more than 3,000 patients in Brazil.
Diaverum is pleased to announce the acquisition of INEDI – Instituto de Nefrologia e Diálise Ltda, based in Taboão da Serra in greater São Paulo. INEDI, a renal care centre with a proven track record of quality and innovation, expands Diaverum’s footprint and adds strength to the cluster in the São Paulo region.
