Spain open three clinics in three days

Just before Christmas, Diaverum Iberia managed to do the almost impossible. In only three days the opened three new clinics – one clinic a day.

“These new clinics have reinforced our presence in Valencia, and have allowed Diaverum to increase the number of patients being provided treatment in the region. I would also like to highlight that we are increasing our presence in locations that are typically holiday destinations, for international tourist but also for national ones - Gandia being one example of it” says proud José María Ordoñez, Operations Director Ibera.

On the 19th of December, they opened up their new clinic, Gandia, which was the 37th clinic in Spain. The clinic facilities five rooms and 30 treatment station, providing treatment for 100 patients in the Valencia region.

On the 20th of December, they opened up their second clinic, Nefroclub, which is a relocation of the old clinic. The new clinic made it possible to treat 117 patients, instead of the old locations capacity of 50 patients. This clinic also facilities five rooms and 30 treatment station.

On the 21st of December, they opened up their third new clinic, Alfafar, which was the 38th clinic in Spain. The clinic facilities four rooms and 20 treatment station, providing treatment for 50 patients in Alfafar.

The opening of three clinics in three days has been a challenge says José María Ordoñez. For us, it was the first time. I am really glad to say that all the involved people has given 200% in this project. I want to say thank you to the integration team that has participated in these openings, and also to the new staff, that has demonstrated their commitment with Diaverum.”
